Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges. 

Your Heart Watch Purchase is protected by a Satisfaction guarantee that allows you to try the watch for 30 days and if you aren’t completely happy with it you may return it for a full refund.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@theheartwatch.com and we will provide you with a tracking number to send your device back to our facility for refund processing.

Unauthorized Charges and Charge Backs

If you do not recognize a charge for a watch purchased through our website, please contact us at support@theheartwatch.com and we will investigate the charge.  If you want to return your device / request a refund, please contact us for refund processing as we will be happy to work with you.

Please note it is our company policy to dispute all charge backs including the cost all bank fees and legal costs associated with recovering the funds associated with a false charge back / bank dispute to the card holder.

To avoid any charges to you, please contact our support team and we will ensure your request is dealt quickly and fairly, rather than filing a false charge back claim that will hurt your credit rating with your institution and result in additional fees being charged to you by our legal department. 

Manufacturing and Function Warranty 

Your Heart Watch comes with 1-year parts and labor warranty that covers the function and operation of the watch.   If your watch stops working, or there is a physical problem with the device, we will replace at no cost to you.   Please contact our support team at support@theheartwatch.com if you require a replacement.

Please note the following issues are not covered by your warranty

  1. Your Heart Watch is water resistant but not waterproof and if your watch becomes damaged by excessive submersion in water ( such as swimming etc ) it will not be covered by the replacement warranty.
  2. It is important you do not overcharge your watch by leaving it on a charger for an extended period of time.  If by your own neglect you repeatedly overcharge the device, your warranty will not cover replacement.
