Using the App on Your Phone

The Heart Watch comes with its own app for your phone.  Although not required to use the watch – it will definitely add value to your purchase as it allows you to track things like your average heart beat or blood pressure.  It is also important in that it allows you to change many of the settings on your watch from your phone.

To install your app on your phone.

For iPhone

If you have an iPhone, go to the Apple / Itunes app store and search for the app H BAND.   The app is free to download and use and is included in your purchase.

Android Phone

If you don’t use an iPhone, go to the Android app store at Google Play store and search for H Band.

Once the app is installed on your phone go to step two below.

Setting up the Phone App

The next step is to sync your Heart Watch to your phone in a few easy steps.

First, open the app on your phone and in the lower right hand corner is a gear button / icon as shown in the photo.  Once you do this a new screen will take you to the settings options.   Just about everything you need to do with the watch to plan or program its operation will always be through this button.

Turning On Bluetooth on Your Phone.

The Heart Watch uses what is called Blue Tooth to communicate with your phone.   All phones today have Blue Tooth built in, but sometimes you need to turn on this feature.

To do this, go to the Settings in your phone and turn on the Blue Tooth if it already isn’t on as shown in the photo.

Find Your Phone Name in the List

To pair your watch with your phone once the Blue Tooth Feature is turned on – simply click on the name of your phone and accept the connection.  This will sync your phone and watch together so the watch can pass data on to the app about your heart’s functions.

Keep your phone within 1 foot of your watch when pairing it so they can find each other easily.
